**Sound Bath & Sound Healing — What to Know Before You Come** **Cancellation Policy** Registration is required to hold your spot. You may cancel within 12 hours of booking for a full refund. After that window, your session fee will be charged in full. If something comes up and you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your registration to a future sound bath — just let us know at least one hour before your scheduled session. **What to Expect** A sound healing session is a deeply restful, immersive experience. You'll lie down comfortably on your mat while healing instruments — including singing bowls, gongs, and chimes — wash over you. The vibrations work on your nervous system, guiding your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. No experience is necessary. You don't have to do anything except receive. **What to Wear** Wear comfortable, loose clothing — think layers. The room is relaxed and still, so your body temperature may drop. Bring a blanket if you have one, and feel free to bring an eye pillow, extra cushions, or anything that helps you settle in deeply. **The Space** Lights will be dimmed to support full relaxation. Come ready to unplug, unwind, and be held by sound. **Ceremonial Cacao — Optional** We open each session with an optional ceremonial cacao. Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine used for centuries in sacred ritual — it gently expands awareness, softens the nervous system, and deepens your experience of the sound. Participation is completely voluntary. If you'd like to partake, please arrive 15 minutes early. ---
