Service Description
With a waning crescent moon in Libra, this class will intertwine movement, breath, and meditation to music to balance and harmonize our bodies, minds, and spirit with the end of a season, and the completion of a moon cycle. A gentle and restorative flow of poses that nurture the Libran organs of the kidneys, veins, and skin will lead into a nourishing Yoga Nidra meditation amidst the calming sounds of Kat’s mountain dulcimer
