Service Description
Rocket Yoga is an energetic, playful practice rooted in Ashtanga yoga, following the same set sequence each week. Familiarity helps you find your rhythm, build confidence, and notice your progress over time. Expect sun salutations, standing poses, core work, and opportunities to explore arm balances and inversions—with options along the way. You don’t need to fly to join: bring your curiosity, move at your own pace, and enjoy discovering what’s possible.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please arrange online 12 hours or more prior to class - after this time a $35 or equivalent class fee will be charged for cancellation. Late entry not guaranteed but will try to accommodate. Text 808-469-1541 if you would like to request late entry.
