Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held for several minutes at a time, gently working into the deep connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joints — that more dynamic styles often miss. Unheated, deeply quiet, and accessible to every body. Bring your breath, your patience, and your curiosity. 60 minutes of permission to slow down.
